Radian Mechanical has the internal capacity to service numerous mechanical projects in both a design build capacity in addition to a standard bid/spec tender. Our 8,000 sq. ft. modern manufacturing facility allows us to ship materials to simultaneous projects efficiently. Knowledgeable office and field staff allow us to maintain project schedules while delivering outstanding quality.

PLAN AND DELIVER
Our first objective is to provide clear cut and well defined procedures for implementing our work. This provides all members of the project team with well understood objectives for meeting the schedule and budget requirements of both our clients and our company.
We work carefully with the project team to determine strategies that will achieve the objectives. We engage our clients in mutual avenues of communication at each stage of the project. We strive to ensure that we are prompt and effective in addressing the concerns of the project team by implementing technology tools for the most effective communication practices. Upon approval of all implementation and procedure requirements, our team gets to work to meet the most important objective: get the work done and get the project closed out.
COMPLETION
Radian efficiently and expeditiously provides all project close-out documentation for an expeditious project closeout. We respond quickly to punch lists and work closely with all our subcontractors to ensure final project requirements are met in
a timely manner.
